Based on the CCPA definition, “sale” refers to data collection for the purpose of creating advertising and other communications. Learn more about CCPA and your privacy rights

THIS PAGE IS REQUIRED BY OUR WEBSITE HOST, SHOPIFY.

The truth is, we don't intentionally collect any of your data, and we certainly don't sell it. There is no personalized user experience on our site and we don't advertise anywhere. We're not that tech savvy! The only 'data' we collect is if you explicitly sign up for our newsletter. Otherwise we don't advertise, and we don't do business that way because it's exhausting. We spend our energy on our tea and our customers.

Thank you for your understanding, and we apologize for any confusion.

To be eligible to opt-out, you must be browsing from California.
